Volunteer opportunities

At CCG, we value the contributions and dedication of our volunteer members. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just starting out, volunteering at CCG is a rewarding experience that allows you to make a meaningful impact in our community.

As a volunteer member, you can:

• Assist in garden maintenance and upkeep.

• Help organise events and workshops.

• Participate in 'Family Fun Friday'.

• Support our regular Tuesday Greenacres visitors.

• Join our 'Pick & Prep' on Fridays from 3-5 pm before Produce Stall Saturdays and stay for a drink!

• Share your gardening expertise with others.

• Contribute to special projects.

• Connect with fellow community members.

Each Tuesday, CCG hosts visitors from Nowra-based NDIS service provider, Greenacres, for about an hour. We support them in watering the gardens, harvesting fruit and vegies, and planting seeds and seedlings. It's a lovely connection where volunteer members give back.
